Nagpur News:-A truly shocking and unusual case has surfaced from Nagpur, Maharashtra. A woman from the city, not once or twice but eight times, got married — and not for love, but for fraud. What’s even more surprising is that she was in search of her ninth groom when her game was finally exposed.

👰 Who Is This Woman?
The woman has been identified as Sameera Fatima. She is well-educated and even worked as a school teacher at one point. But what she did outside the classroom is what has shocked everyone.
According to the police, Sameera used social media to trap married men in her web of lies. She used to introduce herself as a divorced woman seeking emotional support. She would tell men things like, “I just need love and a second chance. I’m ready to be your second wife.”
This emotional drama worked — men fell for her story.
💔 A Shocking Pattern of Deceit
Once she convinced them, she would marry them, spend a few intimate days or weeks, and then quickly start fights and emotional drama. Within a month of marriage, she would begin blackmailing her new husband.
And this wasn’t a one-time mistake — this woman did the same thing to eight different men.
Each time, she followed the same pattern:

💸 How Much Money Did She Scam?
According to police reports, Sameera Fatima scammed huge amounts of money from her victims.

From one man, she took around ₹50 lakhs.

From another, she managed to extract ₹15 lakhs.
She would make up different reasons to ask for money — from emotional distress to fake medical issues — and her husbands believed her, thinking they were helping their wife.
🕵️♂️ Not Alone – A Whole Gang Involved?
Police suspect that Sameera didn’t act alone. She may have been working with a well-organized gang. In fact, evidence suggests she has been doing this for nearly 15 years!
Whenever the police tried to arrest her in the past, she would cleverly escape by faking pregnancy or using legal loopholes.

But this time, her luck ran out. On July 29, the Nagpur police finally caught her from a local tea shop, after gathering enough evidence and preparing a strong case.
A case has been officially registered against Sameera Fatima, and a full investigation is now underway. Police believe there could be many more victims who haven’t come forward yet.
