Exit Poll Elections 2024:-There is an election atmosphere in the North, Congress, BJP and other parties are campaigning vigorously, know who can form the government in the Exit Poll
Exit Poll Elections 2024:-The opinion polls, which came out after the recent assembly elections in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, might prove to be a shock for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). One of the major political mavericks by the BJP in politics for the past several years appears to turn on its head this time around.
According to several political analysts, the National Conference along with the Congress would become form the New Government in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. This can be understood from the recent exit polls. These are going to prove that despite her strategical decisions, BJP has not gained any lead in the assembly.

This is the masterstroke by the BJP and its impact.
They must have taken some more significant decision that time. They knew that was a turning point for them. Hence, they needed to field Muslim candidates this time. It was a very strategic decision. BJP has decided to field Muslim candidates in 25 seats of Jammu and Kashmir.
The state was witnessing such decisions by the party for the first time but the exit polls clearly indicate that this move did not benefit the party as much as it had expected. There were many places where the party had fielded only Muslim candidates on 12 seats of Kashmir, but this move did not appeal to them at all. The opposition has raised the question, taunting BJP for its alliance with Jamat-e-Islami.
This group was already banned in 1987, but this was recently lifted, and it entered into the election fray. The opposition accused the BJP of supporting other leaders like Engineer Rashid who defeated National Conference’s Ummer Abdullah in the previous Lok Sabha elections.
It is being held after delimitation of this election, at which the number of assembly seats has been changed in both the regions – Jammu as well as Kashmir. Earlier, Jammu had 27 assembly seats, which have been raised to 43 after delimitation. Similarly, the earlier 37 assembly seats of Kashmir have been also raised to 43.

According to the exit poll, in the state of Jammu, Bharatiya Janata Party may win 27-31 seats, while National Conference and Congress is likely to get 11-15 seats. PDP can get a stride of between 0-2 seats here.
NC and Congress along with allies are moving to garner maximum support votes in the Kashmir Valley. According to the exit polls, NC-Congress alliance is all set to clinch 41.1 percent votes and win 29-33 seats. On the other hand, BJP would win only 3 percent votes and get only 0-1 seat. PDP would garner 16.6 percent votes and would manage 6-10 seats in Kashmir. Independents might also fetch 39.3 percent votes but get only 6-10 seats.
Poll of Polls and Result
Exit poll of NDTV and other news organizations presents a Poll of Polls result that NC and Congress could get 33 seats, 29 BJP, 22 others including PDP’s 6 seats.
Hence, from these exit polls, it is very clear that the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly is going to be a huge raucous house. Because of the large number of independent legislators, discussions and hungama could gable over every issue. It would be a great challenge for whosoever government to take along with themselves these independent legislators who are not likely to be cakewalk for any party.
It, however is based on all this just exit poll results and an accurate result will only be known on 8 October. But it is sure that the situation after the election is going to be really interesting and challenging from the political point of view.
