After Donald Trump became the President, his tough decisions have created a stir all over the world, especially in Muslim countries. Know about it? 
Trump’s Rule:-Donald Trump has been the President of the United States for just a week, and he is already making decisions that are causing a stir across the globe. The most significant concern is coming from Muslim-majority countries. From the United States to the United Kingdom, Muslims are shocked and worried about Trump’s actions. In fact, during his first term in 2017, Trump issued an executive order related to the entry of “foreign terrorists” into the U.S., which implicitly targeted Muslims. Now, in his second term (Trump 2.0), his stance against this community has become even more stringent. He has adopted a tougher approach towards Palestinian-supporting students as well.
A lawyer from the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP), Deepa Alagesan, stated that this new order is worse than the travel ban imposed by Trump during his first term in 2017 on several Muslim-majority countries. She explained that the new order not only aims to prevent people from these countries from entering the U.S. but also uses these same justifications to deport individuals already in the U.S. After Trump’s orders, there is panic in the Arab world, with fears of an increase in Islamophobia. Trump’s new order directs U.S. Administration officials to prepare a list of countries whose citizens will have to undergo strict screening before entering the U.S. The order also includes individuals who came to the U.S. from these countries after 2020 under the Biden administration, with an order to gather information about them.
The executive order also stipulates that the U.S. Administration must ensure that foreign citizens do not exhibit hostile behavior towards American citizens, the culture, or the government while living in the U.S. It includes citizens who have recently arrived from these countries as well. The order further insists that these people should not advocate for, support, or assist declared foreign terrorists.
Meanwhile, even the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom is concerned after Trump’s administration took office. Trump’s minister, Elon Musk, has openly targeted British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. British Pakistani taxi driver Azmat Khan shared his concerns with Al Jazeera, saying that when he drives his taxi at night in London, his worries keep growing. He explained, “We’ve felt the heat of unrest here with misinformation that incites people, and this is due to Elon Musk. Musk has been using his social media platform to spread anger about Pakistani-origin British sexual abuse offenders. This man is very dangerous. I’m concerned. I’ve seen Muslims become scapegoats before.”
