Mirzapur Movie:-Amazon Prime Video has brought a great news for Mirzapur fans. This time the series will not be limited to the small screen, but there will be a chance to watch it on the big screen as well. The story of Mirzapur will now be presented as a standalone film, which will be released in 2026. The film will see the strong comeback of Munna Bhaiya (Divyendu), who was not seen in the third season of the series.
The film is written by Puneet Krishna and directed by Gurmeet Singh. It will have a full team of audience favorite characters—Kaaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi), Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal), and Munna Tripathi (Divyendu). Apart from this, Abhishek Banerjee, who was seen in the role of compounder in the series, will also be a part of this film.
With this special announcement, Farhan Akhtar shared a post on his Instagram, which read, “Now Bhaukaal will also be big, and the screen too. #MirzapurTheFilm, coming soon.” This post has increased the excitement among the fans. Divyendu also said in a fun way in a video, “I am the hero of a Hindi film. Hindi film is best enjoyed in the theater. Should I remind you, I am immortal.”
