Crime News:-A shocking incident took place in Hotel Park Avenue, located in the Ghatia Azam Khan area of Agra’s Hariparvat police station limits, where a young couple had checked into a room. The peaceful atmosphere of the hotel turned chaotic when loud screams started coming from their room, causing panic among staff and other guests.
What Happened?
According to reports, the boy had invited his girlfriend to the hotel to talk. He was upset because her family had arranged her marriage with someone else, and this had created tension between them. While the two were having a conversation in the hotel room, an argument broke out.
During the heated moment, the boy poured kerosene on himself and set himself on fire. His girlfriend was in the room at the time and tried to save him by putting out the flames, but unfortunately, she also got burnt in the process.
Hotel Manager’s Statement
Hotel Manager Ankit Tandon told the media that the couple seemed to be discussing something serious. Soon, loud noises and shouts were heard from the room. The hotel staff rushed to the scene, only to see flames inside. Emergency services were informed immediately.
Police Action
The Hariparvat police arrived quickly and rushed both the burnt boy and the injured girl to a nearby hospital. Both are currently undergoing treatment and are said to be in a stable condition.
