Chitrakoot crime News:-A bizarre case has come to light from Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh, where a 51-year-old woman ran away with her own nephew, leaving behind her husband and five children in distress. The woman allegedly took all the gold jewelry and cash from the house before eloping with her young nephew. The incident has left the woman’s husband heartbroken, and he has been running from pillar to post, trying to get the police to take action.
How Did the Love Affair Begin?
The story started when the young nephew frequently visited his maternal uncle’s house. Over time, he fell in love with his own aunt, and soon their relationship crossed all limits. The love affair continued secretly until one day, the woman’s husband found out about it. But by then, it was too late. The woman had already eloped with her nephew, taking along cash and family jewelry, leaving her family in shock.

Husband’s Complaint Ignored by Police
The woman’s husband, Paradeshi Shriwas, approached the Pahadi police station to file a complaint. However, he claims that the police refused to take any action. He has been visiting the police station for four days, but no FIR has been registered. Frustrated and helpless, he says,
“If my wife had gone to the police station to complain against me, they would have put me in jail by now. But when a man goes to file a complaint, no one listens.”
Husband Alleges Attempt to Murder
The husband has made serious allegations against his wife. He claims that before running away, his wife tried to poison him so that she could live freely with her young lover. However, when her plan failed, she took all the gold ornaments and ₹50,000 cash from the house and ran away.
He further said,
“I had been saving gold for my daughter’s wedding. This year, I was supposed to get my eldest daughter married, but now, everything is ruined because of my wife’s actions.”

No FIR Filed Despite Multiple Complaints
Paradeshi Shriwas says that he has submitted two written complaints to the Pahadi police station, yet no FIR has been registered. Instead, the police allegedly scolded him and asked him to leave.
Now, with his wife missing, all the savings gone, and his children’s future at stake, the helpless husband is pleading for justice, but so far, he has received no support from the police. The case highlights the bias in the system, where men’s complaints are often ignored, leading to frustration and despair.
