Pune Koyta :-A young man was attacked with a sickle and a sword and killed in Kothrud area of Pune on Sunday midnight. In this incident, a gang of ten people attacked the young man, due to which he died on the spot. Know the whole incident? 
Pune Koyta:-In the past few days, the terror of the Koyta Gang in Pune has not stopped. Several violent incidents have come to light recently. The police have been taking action from time to time to control this gang, but attacks using sickles (daranti) are still continuing.
A new case of brutal violence was reported in Pune on Sunday midnight. A group of ten people attacked a young man with sickles and swords in the Kothrud area.
Brutal Attack Leads to Death
The attack was so severe that the young man died on the spot. This incident, which took place in the well-known Kothrud area, has created panic in the city.
The Kothrud Police Station has registered a case against eight accused in this matter. The names of the accused are:
- Dinesh Bhalerao (27 years)
- Sohail Sayyed (24 years)
- Rakesh Sawant (24 years)
- Sahil Wakde (25 years)
- Bandya Nagtilak (18 years)
- Lakhan Shirole (27 years)
- Aniket Umap
The police are actively searching for these accused.
Who Was the Victim?
The victim has been identified as Gaurav Avinash Thorat. He was in Shastri Nagar, Kothrud, on Sunday midnight when a group of ten people suddenly attacked him with sharp sickles and swords.
Before Gaurav could understand anything, he was attacked and was unable to defend himself. He fell to the ground, covered in blood, and died on the spot.
After receiving the information, the Kothrud Police immediately reached the scene. The police inspected the site and sent the dead body for post-mortem.
Why Was He Killed?
According to preliminary investigations, this murder took place due to an old dispute. However, the exact reason behind the argument between the victim and the attackers has not been officially revealed yet.
The police are trying to find out the real motive behind the murder and are searching for the accused. But the brutal killing of a young man in the middle of the night has created fear and tension in the area.
