Ajay Devgan:-Ajay Devgn is currently making headlines for his upcoming film ‘Raid 2’, which is set to hit theaters on May 1. Fans are eagerly waiting to see him back in action, once again playing the role of a fearless officer raiding corrupt officials’ homes.
Throughout his career, Ajay Devgn has delivered many blockbuster hits, making him one of the most dependable stars in Bollywood. Thanks to his powerful performances, filmmakers have always lined up to work with him.
However, not many people know that there are several films which Ajay Devgn had signed, and some were even completed or nearly completed — yet, they were never released.

1. Girvi (1992)
In 1992, producers announced a film titled ‘Girvi’, starring Ajay Devgn and Pooja Bhatt in lead roles.
The shooting for the film had even begun and continued for a few days. However, for reasons unknown, the project was suddenly halted and eventually shelved.
Since then, ‘Girvi’ has been lost in time and was never picked up again.
2. Ashoka
Another film that created a lot of buzz was titled ‘Ashoka’.
The producers had even released a poster, revealing Ajay Devgn’s look from the movie. It was reported that the film was completely shot and was ready for release.
But unexpectedly, the film faced internal issues and till today, it has never seen the light of day.
Interestingly, this film had no connection to the later 2001 release ‘Asoka’ starring Shah Rukh Khan.
3. Kala Pani (1993)
In 1993, another exciting announcement came — a film called ‘Kala Pani’, which was supposed to be directed by veteran filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt.
There were serious discussions between the cast and crew, and expectations were high.
Unfortunately, despite all the early excitement, the project never went beyond the initial stages. Work on the film stopped completely, and it was abandoned without any official explanation.
4. Singer
One of the more unique projects was titled ‘Singer’, where Ajay Devgn was set to play a singer — a role he has never done before in his career.
