Gujarat News:-This incident sounds like a scene from a Bollywood movie, but it actually happened in real life. A furious husband, whose wife ran away with her lover, decided to take revenge in the most dramatic way possible—by bringing a bulldozer to his rival’s house and demolishing it.
What Exactly Happened?
The incident took place in Anand district, Gujarat, in Anklav Taluka. A married woman ran away with her lover, Mahesh Fulmali, who is already divorced and lives in Kareli village, Jambusar Taluka.
When the woman’s husband and in-laws found out about this, they were enraged. They first went to Mahesh Fulmali’s house, threatened his family, and demanded that he be brought before them within two days. When Mahesh did not show up, the woman’s family attacked his sister in anger.
But that wasn’t enough for them. On Friday night around 9 PM, the woman’s relatives arrived with a bulldozer and started demolishing six houses belonging to Mahesh and his relatives. They destroyed sheds, toilet blocks, and separate rooms in an act of pure vengeance.
Chaos in the Village & Police Action
As soon as Mahesh Fulmali’s family saw what was happening, they called the police. Before the police could arrive, the accused fled from the scene. However, on Saturday, Mahesh’s mother, Madhuben Fulmali, filed an official complaint.
Based on her complaint, the police arrested five members of the woman’s family, along with bulldozer operator Mahendra Jadhav. The accused have been booked under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code (BNS).
What Did the Accused Say?
The woman’s family is claiming that they only demolished illegal constructions, and they did this in the presence of the village sarpanch and deputy sarpanch. However, the police are investigating the truth.
Meanwhile, both the woman and Mahesh Fulmali are still missing. Their call detail records (CDR) are being examined to track their location.
